The On-Site Consultation Program is run out of the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards and offers free safety and health consultations for small and medium sized businesses. The Program’s goal is to help companies recognize and control safety and health hazards that OSHA would deem serious and that could lead to injury and illness. All the services provided by the On-Site Consultation Program are at no cost and are confidential. The company determines the scope of the consultation services they want to use, which can range from answering a specific safety or health question to reviewing/helping in developing safety and health programs to providing a complete wall to wall worksite safety and health survey.
